Stretches For Long Computer Days

Spending a lot of time on the computer?

We’d like to walk you through a little body reset from the stresses we experience when sitting or texting or computer work for prolonged periods of time. Many are finding they are spending a considerable amount of time on their technology during this ‘shelter in place’.

Please, don’t let that stop you from these important resets. A time for your body to adapt and recruit muscles to sustain extension and ultimately a youthful vibrant posture.
