What is Foundation Training?
Foundation Training is a series of exercises designed to bring us back to our natural movement patterns. The exercises teach you how to effectively use your body and build it up rather than constantly break down what our modern lives create. Foundation Training is complimentary to chiropractic care, is designed to decompress the spine, build strength in the lower back and improve athletic performance.
Including Foundation Training into your daily life will constantly increase your body's awareness to move properly which can halt many of the degenerative processes causing chronic pain.
