Olympic Decathlete
Chiropractic Helps Local Olympic Hopeful
Many of you have met our very own Chris Randolph who works part-time as one of our front desk staff. But what many of you may not know is that Chris is a world ranked decathlete training to be an Olympian in track and field! A native of the central coast Chris pursued his athletic journey in Seattle at Seattle Pacific University where he was a two time NCAA DII National Champion in the decathlon, a two day ten event competition. Moving down from Seattle in 2008 Chris continued to excel and became the 64th American in history to score over 8000 points in the decathlon, where personal performances not placing garner point totals. During his Olympic bout in 2008 Chris became an avid follower of chiropractic and used it to help further his performances and after the Olympic Trails he began working for our office as a Chiropractic Assistant while continuing to push himself on the track.
SLO Wellness is now proud to sponsor Chris on his athletic dreams to become one of three Americans who will compete in the 2012 Olympics in London. You can follow his journey along with us by clicking his blog link below. We encourage you to become a follower as he continues to push himself; and be sure when you see him around the office to wish him luck. GO CHRIS!
